“towards the end of the ceremony I realized that this has been the only space i’ve entered in an event type of setting where i was cared for but nothing was required of me.”

hOm is a space where you are invited to come as you are, how you are, with no expectations. A space to find your center, catch your breath, and be present.

hOm is a unique and immersive sound bath experience based out of Columbus, Ohio where modern sound therapy, traditional sound healing, and musical composition all come together providing a space for rest, relaxation, and healing. We create multi-practitioner sound healing environments using a wide range of acoustic and electronic instruments, atmospheric sound synthesis, and immersive performance to create a tranquil soundscape that washes over you to encourage a sense of safety, stillness, and relief.

Combining ancient sound healing principles and recent studies in the benefits of sound therapy, we focus on creating an experience that meets you where you are to provide what you need, from physical rest to emotional release and beyond. Sound baths are a wonderful opportunity to free yourself from the noise of the mind and tune into the song of the heart with proven health benefits of lowering stress, reducing cortisol levels, improving sleep quality, and so much more.

Our Lunar Sound Bath Series:

Each sound bath is orchestrated to work with the astrological energy at play, whether it be a full moon, new zodiac season, or just another day having a human experience. Every hOm Sound Bath is composed like a story in order to guide sound bathers through emotional, physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual states. However you wish to use your experience, whether it be to relax or meditate, we more than welcome you to use it as such. Open your heart and come hOm.
